Fucking Tennessee. I absolutely HATE when teams foul on purpose when they're leading by 3 at the end. I just think that's such a bullsh*t move. So I'm guessing you didn't pick Tennessee to advance. haha, no I didn't. But even so, I've never liked it at all when teams do that. I am just on FIRE today too...1-3 so far. Not pretty. And the Wisconsin loss ends my streak without any 2-game losses, or whatever you'd like to call them.

I ended up getting 13 out of the Sweet Sixteen and still have my Final 8 left. I lost on Texas, Georgia Tech (who lost in the first round and then UNLV beat Wisconsin- which probably actually helped) and Virginia Tech.
Stupid ACC is getting dominated.

The second round was not kind to me at all, but I do have 7 of my final 8 in, so I guess I'm still in decent shape. I think I went only 10-6 in the second round.

In case you are keeping score at home:
SEC East 3 ACC 1

My first round was excellent as always, but the second round wasn't as good. I have a majority of my sweet 16 teams still in there but I'm not nearly as confident. I get closer and closer every year to first place but have never won any polls. I'm in 2 this year.

I did pick UT to beat Virginia, but I wouldn't have minded it at all if Virginia took them to the woodshed.

You are not allowed to complain about anything until they are eliminated.

I love seeing the ACC gettting dominated. I get tired of hearing how great their conference is. The toughest division in America, the SEC East, is showing their grits in the tourney. Vandy, Florida, and UT are all in the Sweet 16. Too bad Kentucky had such a tough draw against Kansas (my National champion pick), or maybe it could've been 4 for 4 for the SEC East in the Sweet 16.

Back in December when we started 1-3 with a home loss to Furman, I thought this could've been the worst season Vandy had in a LONG time. They turned it around BIG time though and are having a banner season. SWEET 16!!!!!

Looking back at Georgia's schedule we went 2-7 against the 3 SEC teams in the Sweet Sixteen and Kentucky. Against everyone else we went 16-6. If only we played a balanced scheduled in the SEC and got to play as many games against the West as we did against the East. Georgia just has a small step to go. I really feel we can overtake Kentucky next year (and I think we play Vandy even pretty much every year)- we should have beaten Kentucky twice this year and if we would have done that (no thanks to Levi Stukes getting suspended) then we wouldn't have played Florida in the second round of the SEC tournament (even though we got blown out we played them closer than anyone else- hard to believe) and history could have been different. Next Year here's what we've got coming back: F Takais Brown- senior F Terrance Woodbury- junior G Billy Humphrey- junior G Mike Mercer- junior G Sundiata Gaines- senior ----- C Dave Bliss- senior C Rashaad Singleton- junior F Albert Jackson- sophomore G Corey Butler- junior (non-scholarship player) Commitments: PF Jeremy Price (4-Star recruit)- 6'8" Good finisher, good hands, low block scorer, rebounder ranked as 18th top PF in recruiting class; 73rd overall player C Chris Barner (3-Star recruit)- 6'8" SF/PF Jeremy Jacob (4-Star recruit)- 6'7" good mid-range game, can play both forward spots ranked as 26th top SF; 83rd overall PG Zac Swansey (2 to 3-Star recruit)- 6'1" ranked as 28th top PG in recruiting class Bliss or Singleton will probably start with Humphrey coming off the bench but that's a pretty good starting five and Woodbury really came on strong towards the end of last year. If the freshman can come in and provide some punch at the SF/PF spot to take some stress off of Takais Brown then we could be tough.

Doesn't look like you'll be losing much for next year. And yeah, it was tough to play in the SEC East. We were fortunate to split with you guys, UT, and Florida (and beat Kentucky twice). What hurt us was some losses against the West oddly enough. Still finished 2nd in the East which I'm very happy about. First time we actually got a bye in the SEC tourney for a LONG time. Hopefully Georgia can win the NIT and make the SEC East look that much stronger.

Georgia is getting destroyed by Air Force. Air Force is hitting every shot they take and Georgia is forcing it. Stupid NIT home court advantage.

DANG IT!!!! I'm ticked off the refs didn't call a walk on Green last night against Vandy. Sucks cause we'd be in the Elite 8 if the dang ref didn't swallow his whistle.

Well, my bracket was pretty good, but is now in the sh*tter after today's games. At least it lasted a lot longer than past years.
