Week 4 was a pretty cool week in the NFL. The Jags suffered their first loss, Big Ben Rothlisberger showed potential, The Pats keep the streak going, and theirs NO hope for San Fran. \
So what were your favorite/least favorite things about this week? Biggest Suprise? Best game? Best players?
My big time players for this week are: Curtis Martin (over 100 again!), Amos Zeroue (177 and 2 TD's), Tiki Barber (184 on the ground), Duce Staley (2nd stright game over 100) and a personal pick Troy Polamalu (Pick for a TD that sealed the PIT win).
Best game I'd say was Pats vs. Bills because the Bills hung with them.
Thoughts?

The Falcons won to go 4-0. My Falcon game balls go to the Falcon defense. Specically to second-year Safety BRYAN SCOTT who had 6 tackles, 1 forced fumble and 1 INT (had another INT which was called back), Defensive End PATRICK KERNEY who had 8 tackles, 2 sacks and a forced fumble (Kerney leads the NFL in sacks with 7), and CB KEVIN MATHIS who returned an INT for a touchdown (this was the second straight game he has done this versus Carolina). Bring on the Lions!

Haha, I like me a good Falcons fan. You are SOO lucky to have Vick as a hometown QB, and i'd be at every single home game if I were you. I was at the Falcon-PIT tie 2 years ago and it was the best live game I've EVER been to easily.
Kerney is awesome, he always shows up big. I don't know much about Scott but Mathis is pretty underrated. That said I'll probably add a few more key players for the week after I see the rest of the MNF game highlights on SC since I missed the end.

He is the cousin of Doug and Ryan Stewart (Doug played DB for Georgia Tech and the Detroit Lions) who have a radio show from 1 to 4 on 790 the zone called "The 2 Live Stews" so Scott has some hometown connections.

Thanks for the background. That name does seem familiar a bit now. I just can't wait for DeAngelo Hall to get back in the lineup, as he'd be a nice shot in the arm for the already solid D.

Alright ill give my quick rundown.
In response to styles.... actually there is no hope for Miami. There on there 5 rb this season and have more pics then tds.
Play of the game- San Deigo vs. Who ever the fuck they played... drew breese pass to the guy( don't know his name) but he made the sweetest one handed catch ever and it was while there was a defender infront of him.
The patrick Kerney thing is soo kewl cause he used to live across the s treet from my freinds. Also hes from around here
Game of the week- no1 gets it cause i had to watch the sucky ass eagles( i no there 4-0 but im sick of them)... actually game of the week will go to UGA raping of whoever they played

one more thing.... Curtis Martin for 2000 yards!!!! He already had his break and hes only 51 yards away from preist holmes( leading rusher). Also i love how every1 thought he was done and he has 5 tds( opposed to his two last year)

The SD catch was by WR Antonio Gates, who has been bigger than ever expected in the past 2 years and is the new go-to-guy down there in Boston's absence.
Kerney is a monster, Miami would lose to Miami of Ohio, let's move on LOL.
Martin is breaking out better than ever this year and barring injury, both Martin and the Jets will go very far.

Hey, I'm gonna do this again with week 6. It was another good week with alot happening. Rothlisberger showed again that he's more than ready, the Bills battled the Dolphins for obscurity, and 3 teams defended their perfect records successfully.
Primetime players for the week:
Dante Culpepper (417 and 5 TD's AGAIN) Clinton Portis (179 on the ground) Terrell Owens (over 100 again) Ben Rothlisberger (led a game winning drive and made some Vick-ish plays) Droughns (unknown is now over 100 in both of his starts)
Game of the week was prolly Dallas-Pit for me because i was so into it and it was really close.
Biggest Suprise for me was the Packers coming back after several bad weeks and beating a game but injured Lions team.
What are your games/players/suprises of the week?

I'm now angry as my NFL thread has been soiled by Baseball, god I hate the way that league is run! Anyway, Portis was great yesterday but he's missing that great Denver line.
