This is my first exposure to PWG so forgive me if im ignorant to some of the storylines
Topgun Talwar & The Ballard Bros vs Lil' Cholo, Chris Bosh, & TJ Perkins
The only two men in this match id seen before hand were The Ballards, so my intrest in this match was slight but i wanted to see if they could pull of anything spectacular. The Sad Part was that 50% of the Ballards was god awful, while the other half was quite good. Topgun was very charismatic but not so great a wrestler. Lil Cholo had a bit of Charisma and more wrestling ability than anyone else on his team. Not a very good match as one of the Ballards looked VERY off and most of the other team did as well
Rating: 1/2*
Jardi Frantz vs M-Dogg 20
Kevin warned me that this match was BAD, and after the first match i was SCARED but this match actually ending up entertaining me. Very low energy from the crowd and seemingly for the wrestlers but they did manage to get some nice spotty wrestling (yes, spotty wrestling can be nice) with very few f ups. MDogg showed Charisma and talent and this match was loads better than i was expecting...but still not good
Rating: **
This is out of order...
Guerrilla Warfare Match: Joey Ryan vs Super Dragon
This match started off HOT and had some real great stiff wrestling and good use of chairs and was very exciting. Then they started to look lost and move from spot to spot and i soon began to wonder when the match was going to end...Not a good sign. Joey Ryan impressed me as did Super Dragon but the match just dragged and there was too much dead time
Rating: **1/2
Next up: Exalibur and Disco Machine vs Scott Lost and Funky Billy Kim, Colt Cabana vs Adam Pearce
