Puma vs. Charles Mercury
Pretty decent cruiserweight action to open up the show. I like Puma (AKA Pinoy Boy) a lot. I wish I could see him more on the east coast.
Hardcore Kidd vs. Babi Slymm
I was honestly doing something else during this match as it just didn't really appeal to me. What I saw was decent but just didn't interest me.
Havana Pitbulls vs. Sal & Vito Thomaselli
I have come to the conclusion that HP are the BEST tag-team in North America hands down. Their work is just so tight. The more I see of them the more I like them. This was a really solid match. The Thomaselli's looked good as well. They kind of remind me of a smaller version of The Basham's with more wrestling skill. Good match. HP RULE~!
Next Up: Samoa Joe vs. Shannon Ballard
Later: American Dragon vs. Bobby Quance

Dragon vs. Quance is supposed to be extremely good correct? That's what I am hoping for. Samoa Joe vs. Shannon BallardThis would have been great if....Shannon Ballard didn't SUCK. That being said Joe looked real good in this match. Ballard looked good at times and lost at times. Overall he was very inconsistent. Match ending was screwy as Ballard picked up an Eddy Guerrero esque DQ victory via fake chair while ref is not looking maneuver. Super Dragon/Excalibur/Disco Machine vs. Chris Bosh/Quicksilver/Scorpio SkyI liked this a lot even though it lost it's focus during the last 5-10 minutes (It would have been much better if done in a shorter timeframe). I really enjoyed the story told during the match between Scorpio Sky and Super Dragon. Scorpio looked real good in this match (as he has in all the PWG shows I have seen). Up Next: American Dragon vs. Bobby Quance Later: B-Boy/Homicide vs. Joey Ryan/Scott Lost Frankie Kazarian vs. Adam Pearce

American Dragon vs. Bobby Quance
I thought this was really solid until the last minute and then it was pushed into the "really good" category. If you like mat wrestling, submissions, and hard hitting action then you should check this one out. Awesome ending in which Quance goes for the SSP but AmDrag moves so Quance lands on his feet. AmDrag then hits him with a SICK STALLING back suplex (a move you usually only see in video games. It's not a "wow" move but it's just cool to see pulled out) which is then transitioned into a neck wrench/ab stretch (that had been worked on earlier in the match) for the submission. Good stuff. I'll have to watch it again to see if it holds up. It probably would have come off better in front of a crowd as unfortunately this is SoCal so there are only like 75 fans (max) at the show.

I'm not really keen on PWG for some reason, maybe the undercard or my lack of familiarity. But either way, this show seems to be going very well and is getting me in the mood for some PWG. Hope the last 2 matches are as good as they sound.

B-Boy/Homicide vs. Joey Ryan/Scott Lost
Decent match. Nothing great...nothing horrible. At least the tag-match gave B-Boy the opportunity to take half the match off and not look out of place doing so. In all fairness he looked okay although a bit lost at times during exchanges. Overall decent match but a little disjointed at times.
