This was the last show CZW had (minus Always bet on Black) and it's pretty good so far. Ups and downs, but I've gotten into this.
Justice Pain vs. Derek Frazier was nothing special. Short match, and Frazier was off his game. That said, Pain sucks. Not horrible though for what it should have been. Before the match though, when the whole locker room clears
CKNY/? vs. Big Mac Smacks team led by John Dahmer. Basically 4 jobbers from CZW's school that are all stiff but rather weak and very bland. I like CKNY, but this wasnt that good honesty.
Spyral vs. Ghost Shadow vs. Samsational- HERE we go, FUN stuff. Spyral is an NWA East kid so I've seen him alot, and I love his moveset. To keep this short, this was one of those nonstop CW matches that you have to press rewind on (including when Spyral hits a 630 reverse elbow from the top!). Fans were digging this, and everyone looked great.
All Money is Legal vs. Azreal (Angeldust) and Pinky Saunchez was very fun as well. AMIL is a good polished version of the SAT, in the fact that they are spotty yet very innovative. Awesome little match, where AMIL and Azreal looked great, and Pinky was OK. Very fun!
Arik Cannon vs. Bobby Quance vs. Nate Webb vs. Jay Lethal was awesome. CZW had music problems here, so Webb's entrance was cut off and the fans BOOED the living hell out of CZW lol. Classic. Anyway, Cannon is my MVP here, as he looks great again. Lethal does ALOT here, and Quance continues his streak. Probably the best match to this point.
Next up was Adam Flash vs. Ian Knoxxx, so I shamelessly fast forwarded lol. Cool spot at the end though off a ladder through the table.
Jimmy Rave vs. Sonjay Dutt was very solid, yet not near as good as I expected. Rave didn't do as much, and Dutt didnt get much offense, yet this was still crisp. The fans started a "boring" chant, so Rave looks at them and applies a sleeper LOL, classic. The after promo from M-Dogg/Dutt was very good as well.
Shelley vs. B-Boy was awesome. Very solid all around, and a REALLY fun first time match. Shelley brought some innovation and B-Boy was really on. Good stuff, maybe the MOTN.
Hero vs. Whitmer was better than it had any buisiness being. Whitmer looked crisp and sold well, and Hero may very well be the best heel in the fed. At one point, he brought a chair in the ring, and stands on it and applies a cravat LOL AWESOME. One of Hero's best matches in CZW. Very solid.
Messiah vs. Cide was really good until the crappy finish. Good heated brawl, and Cide made Messiah look darn good. Hated the last few minutes though, but this was solid. Cide's promo after was gold.
and the ME: Blackout (Ruckus/Sabian/Kingston) vs. the H8 Club and Chris Ca$h was awesome, another of my favorites for the show. Cash took a BEATING, and everyone seemed to show alot. Blackout RULES! This was also my favorite H8 Club match ever. I should mention this was a tables match, and had a few sick spots.
Overall this is a very good show, one of the best this year from them. Shelley/B-Boy, the 4 way, the AMIL match, the 3 way and the ME were all very good/great, and 2 other matches were really fun. This was top to bottom just a fun show to watch, and I think CZW is underrated. I also have the CZW afternoon and night shows coming, plus some older show reviews from earlier this year.
