They start this DVD by showing the rest of the carnage from the CZW vs ROH brawl at the end of "Arena Warfare". Basically it's BJ Whitmer getting his ass kicked even more.
Jimmy Rave vs. Pelle Primeau
This is one of the free matches on ROHwrestling.com. Rave gets pelted with a sh*tload of toilet paper and then they go on to have a fun 2 minute match. Poor Pelle gets squashed.
Jimmy Rave vs. Jimmy Yang
Prince Nana calls out Bruce Leroy (who is at ringside) and that brings Jimmy Yang down and we have a battle of the Jimmys! Decent, short match with Jimmy going over.
Allison Danger vs. Lacey vs. Daizee Haze vs. Mercedes Martinez (SHIMMER Four Corner Survival Match)
This is probably the best women's match I've ever seen from ROH. Not that it's great but Mercedes Martinez is damn good and Lacey and Daizee are pretty decent and they bring their A game. Allison bumps well in this one. Some spots are off, but from someone who doesn't care for women's wrestling....I liked this one. Martinez hit a ton of high impact moves.
Jason Blade & Kid Makaze vs. Chris Hero & Necro Butcher
SQUASH~!
Chris Hero vs. Adam Pearce
This wasn't really a match as much as it was a brawl. Went to a no-contest. Then Hero called out Claudio but Claudio beat on Hero and said he was with ROH.
More to come...

Christopher Daniels vs. Alex Shelley
This was a really good match. Alex Shelley was channeling WCW version Chris Jericho in this match to the point that he was doing his moves, the crowd was chanting "Y2J" and Shelley was giving them the Jericho pose. Of course, that was just one part of the match. The crowd was into it and the wrestling was really solid. In Shelley's last two matches (vs Danielson and this one) he has been golden.
Nigel McGuinness vs. Claudio Castagnoli (Pure Title Match)
This was solid but that's about it. Nigel looked great as usual and Claudio looked good but a little aprehensive on a couple of moves which made them come off as kind of odd. Still a good match.
Ballad of Lacey Music Video
You haven't seen this until you've seen it on DVD. MOTY. Hands down.
Austin Aries vs Ricky Reyes
Solid but unspectacular match. I thought it would be a bit more hard hitting given the history of the two but it was just a pretty straightforward wrestling match. Ending left room for much more and continued to put over Reyes finisher with him now doing down 2-0 to Aries.
Roderick Strong & Jack Evans vs. Jay & Mark Briscoe
Good match here with Roderick Strong showing that he is the best wrestler in the match time and time again. He just looks to be on another level than the other guys in the match. Not that the other guys are slouches as the Briscoes are solid but they are still getting their feet back under them and I really enjoy Jack's work but he is a little spin kick happy in this one.
Next is a solid Colt Cabana promo outlining his fued with Homicide. I think this was up at rohvideos.com at one point.
Bryan Danielson & Samoa Joe vs. KENTA & Naomichi Marufuji
Great Main Event that goes around 30 minutes. They tease Joe/KENTA for a while and when they finally get it it's worth it. The KENTA/Joe interaction throughout this match is really the anchor of the match and the best parts IMO. Don't get me wrong Danielson works great with both guys and the only downpart for me was the Marufuji/Joe stuff, which was puzzling since Marufuji has had such good matches this year with the NOAH heavies (see Taue and Kobashi). Their timing just looked a little off. That being said, it was a well worked and built match IMO that peaked during the KENTA/Joe stuff and at the end during a really good KENTA/Danielson exchange. I also have to put over some of KENTA's offense as just fantastic- especially in an ROH environment. Post-match KENTA gets on the mic and says "What's up New York city?" and then says he will be back. He then goes and gets the ROH title but Joe gets pissed and takes the belt and pushes KENTA away. Joe gets on the mic and says that he may have won tonight but he has beaten Danielson in a singles match and he is never going to beat Joe. With that Joe leaves and KENTA gets back on the mic and says "Hey, Joe. I don't understand English". Good stuff.
Post match short promo by Lance Storm saying that Danielson's open contract might be interesting enough to get him out of retirement.
Post match promo with The Embassy that never gets started because Alex Shelley and Jimmy Rave are bitching back and forth at each other. Some fantastic exchanges here.
Overall Thoughts: Really good show and definitely in the upper echelon of ROH shows to this point so far this year. Joe/Danielson vs KENTA/Marufuji is maybe the ROH MOTY so far through only 7 shows. Daniels/Shelley is really good and the rest of the stuff on the show is solid. Definitely a show you should pick up at some point.

I agree, without a doubt in the Top 5 ROH shows of 2006. Shelley vs. Daniels is a really good match. Evans/Strong vs. The Briscoes is an awesome, awesome match. And the main event is some amazing stuff.

Just got done watching this DVD last night, and I felt the undercard was pretty unspectacular. I enjoyed Shelley/Daniels and Nigel/Claudio, as both were solid but nothing more. The Briscoes vs. Evans/Strong was a really good match IMO. I loved it! Probably enjoyed it more than the main event, and I really enjoyed the main event. I really enjoyed the interaction between Joe and KENTA in the main event. KENTA saying he doesn't understand English to Joe was hilarious!
