Whoa...I was late in seeing this. Yep, you did. Hopefully we can even the odds when y'all come to Nashville. I'm surprised we're at where we are right now. Beating UT, Bama, and UK on the road is surprising considering the way we were playing 2-3 weeks ago.
I bet it was hard to swallow the loss to Bama on Saturday. Y'all had a big lead for most of the game.

Well you won a big one tonight against UK. And so did we against the LSU Tigers.
I have to say that Georgia and Auburn have really improved a LOT within the past 2-3 years. Both Felton and Lebo were dealt with some terrible hands (so-to-speak), and both have really turned their teams from bottom dwellers into really competitive teams over the past couple years.

It was nice seeing Tubby get outcoached tonight. Man, Kentucky was rocking it in the first half as that Crawford kid would not miss but Georgia held on and fought hard and came back and won it in OT. I don't believe we only have one conference loss so far and that's to Florida (I'm no selling the Alabama loss)!

Looks like Vandy is coming on strong too! Thanks a lot for pissing off LSU before we play them.

Haha, it looks like our teams may be competing for one of top spots in the division this year (knock on wood for my team's sake). Florida has a stronghold at #1 right now, and right now our teams and Kentucky are tied for #2. UT is is struggling mightily at the moment and I don't see South Carolina making a run. I see Georgia as a bigger threat right now than Kentucky. Kentucky got off to an easy start in the SEC season and will have to play a lot of tougher games down the stretch (which hopefully will knock them out of contention for a bye in the SEC tourney). I'm glad and surprised we're playing the way we are right now, and I feel good about where we could end up (considering about a month ago I felt we'd be 5th in the East at best).

Levi Stukes just stuck a dagger in LSU as time expired! Quit winning! lol. Who do y'all have next? We have to go to Gainesville, and then we have y'all in Nashville on Saturday.

Top 25 got announced today and man Georgia just gets NO respect. If you count up the votes they are in 41st place (only got 11 total votes) and LSU, Kentucky and Vandy are all above Georgia. All of those teams Georgia has beaten recently. Not saying Vandy doesn't deserve to be #24 but Georgia just doesn't get any respect especially with the 10th toughest schedule so far in College Basketball. And now Chris Lofton is probably gonna be ready to play against us this week. Dammit.

And now Chris Lofton is probably gonna be ready to play against us this week. Dammit. As for LSU and Kentucky, I think they tend to get more love than Georgia anyways. LSU was a final four team last year, so voters probably still feel they're better than how they've been playing. Kentucky is Kentucky and the voters always love them. As for Vandy, I think the difference in the rankings is that all your wins against the teams you mentioned were at home (LSU, UK, and Vandy). We beat Kentucky and LSU on the road, and usually road wins tend to look more impressive to voters. Also, adding the blowout to Bama helped put us ahead of y'all in the rankings. If you held on and beat Bama, you'd probably be ranked above us right now. It's been awhile since we've been in the Top 25, and it'll be hard to stay in long with Florida and y'all this week.

Big game tomorrow night. Yup. I thought Vandy was gonna pull off the upset of Florida as they were up by a good amount at half but then they just got destroyed in the second half (just like Georgia did). Georgia just didn't get it done. Not a must win game but both teams need this one. Especially Georgia since we have Florida next before the schedule lightens up. If Georgia could get 2 victories over Vandy it would look real good on their resume

If Georgia could get 2 victories over Vandy it would look real good on their resume Vandy had a bad second half. The absolute worst thing happened right out of the gate in the 2nd half, as Florida went on a 13-0 run to start the 2nd half and take the lead. It's definitely a big game for both teams tonight.
