Hmm just posting random thoughts here, so that maybe you guys can get to know me better and see what i'm up too. No need to read this, as maybe you could care less....but ah well, it's fun to talk about these things. You guys should do the same.
Here's the drill. I have 4 regular school days left, then a week of Finals. Then it's on to Sr. Trip in Virginia Beach (full updates coming LOL), then a week off. Then, on that fateful day of May 28th, i'm finally moving on with life and Graduating! I'm scared and nervous that i want to succeed in life, but at the same time i'm worried about leaving my HS friends behind.
I mean, you go to school with the same people for 9 months a year for 4 years of your life, and all of a sudden one day you wake up and their gone! And the sad thing is, i GUARENTEE I will not ever see some of them again, and seeing as we're such a small class (about 35 kids), i'll be losing some very close friends. It's a travesty, but i guess thats life.
I also own my own house (which i baught from my diseased aunt and fully have paid off already!), so thats a great life start, but yet 20 times more pressure on me to be an adult.
If you have any thoughts on this stuff, opinions, past expireance, advice, anything...I'd love to hear it as I ponder this crap! Post away!

Yeah i do need a live journal, but i'm so lazy right now. I will in time though. Right now though, for this time, i was just getting things off my chest, and looking for opinions or expireances/advice to see how it works out. If the feedback is good and my live makes a good story (lol), i'll get a live journal.
June 18th, thats crazy! They have you in school in such hot times, and half of the month is gone! Sorry to hear that man.
Next possible entry: My triangle crap with my good friend (female!) who happens to go out with my boy.

I graduate on June 12th, last day is the 10th I think. Normally it's like the 20th, for underclassmen. Damn you and your early getting-out ways.

LOL yeah, seniors here always get out @ the end of may. Everyone else still gets out June 7th, so you guys should feel even gayer j/p. Anyway, the less time in school, the closer i get to running my own life, which is pretty dang scary if you ask me. Exciting and new, but DAMN scary!

LOL wish i was with you there. Believe me i do! Anyway, since this is an OPEN journal discussion, what are you planning to do with yourself after sr. grad. (i remember you telling me it is this year like mine). And are you feeling any of the sediments i expressed earlier, and if so, are you dealing with them better than me?

So Stylesclash you are coming to VA? You wanna meet? We could do you know, stuff I could pick you up! You must be 17 or 18 but I will pretend you are 14 jk That conversation sounds oddly familiar! Congrats to all of you on here that are graduation high school! I hope you all enjoy what life has ahead for you. I will tell you that for me anyway that most of the friends I had in High School are no longer in my life. I do not say that to bum you out but just to say that things and people change but life still goes on. You will make new friends and you will notice a lot of changes to yourself as well. I was a prep in high school due to sports mostly and then afterwards I only kept 2 friends and one was my girlfriend at the time but we broke up 3 months later. I went through depression after high school....lost about 40 pounds and tried to kill myself but luckily things turned around and I met the girl who is now my wife! She is 3 years younger than me I like em young! But not in a creepy way.....for example I was 19 and she was 16 when we started dating and to me that aint bad although society does frown on that sometimes! I do not have a clue why I rambled on like this but oh well good luck guys!

Good luck Volt.
It's great to hear your story Plunge, i'm glad to know that you made it OK. Glad to hear you turned around, and found a good girl for yourself (as confusing as they can be at times you know).
I kinda expected to lose alot of my friends from high school b/c we're all going to different places, and i also expect a change in maturity/behavior, but anything else is news to me. I can only hope that I have some form of contact with my friends, in addition to the new ones i'll make.
BTW, the first part of your post makes me thing your name is .....Rob!

Yeah that was me as Mr. RF Best advice on friends I can give you is that if you wanna keep them your gonna have to do the work! Meaning your gonna have to be the one to go out of your way to keep the friendship together cause a lot of times people just let it go. Therefore I say if you have a freindship that means so much to you.....you should do whatver it takes to keep it together!

Good advice, and that's something that could potentially what hurts my friendships with people. I'm definitely not the "leader" or whatever in that sort of sense. There are a few people I hope I stay pretty close to. For the most part though I don't think I'll have too big a problem in that sense.

I'm kinda with Volt on this one. I definetly agree and appriciate the advice, and truer words arent often spoken. On that note, i'm not very good at keeping up hope on friendships, but i havent had alot of practice with it either. Like if i call them a few times and they dont answer or call back, i look too deeply and overanalyze things, and wind up not being as cool with them.
I don't think that will happen as much so here as these people are different. If i have to lose some people as a part of growing up, thats life and i can deal with that. Hopefully though, the positives will stay with me, as well as the memories.
On a happier note 10 days until we leave for Senior trip!! Now THAT should be a heck of a journal entry.
